I ordered a dress from a website online, beatdropscloset.com, which he says is secure. My card was charged, and he was supposed to ship within 7 days. It was so long, so I sent and called the phone number I found but I have not had a response from them. I sent several times. I feel like they probably just stole my money at this point. Hi Sherri, contact your bank that issued the credit card. Tell them you made a purchase and have not received the goods and would reverse the paiement.Si you used PayPal, using your credit card, please contact PayPal.

Dispute the charge with your credit card company. That is the beauty of using a credit card. You cannot do that with a debit card!
If it has been more than 20 days file a claim with the credit card company. If they ship in 7 days, that could be business days, plus the shipping time which could be an additional 7-10 days depending on how they shipped the item.
If it hasn’t been that long, keep waiting and keep your fingers crossed.
