What is the best free software programme to create and upload a business card?

Question by acce1erator: What is the best free software programme to create and upload a business card?
I am looking for a programme that has the same creative ability as say MS Word, something that allows you to play around with the design before saving it as say a jpeg or pdf file… I am using vistaprint for my business cards, but the self-design options there are rather limited…Help!

Hi you can use MS publisher or even PowerPoint If you have MS word installed in your computer that mean you must have PowerPoint or publisher
