Ralphy08 Question : I need help writing a letter of refusal refund
Hi, I’m writing a letter refusing to refund my homework, but am not sure how to formulate it so that I can still maintain a good relationship with a client. The senario is that a customer order an item online and the item is broken … that’s what I have so far … Dear Customer, It has come to my knowledge that you were happy with your recent purchase with us regarding item # xyz. The defective item you bought has been discontinued and is no longer in stock. It was past the 30 days return policy so unfortunately we will not be able to give you a refund. We honor you as our customer and we hope you will continue to do business with us, so we have included a gift card with a balance of $ 25 you can use one of our locations …… Should I rephrase that and what can I say? thank you!
